If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you receive your purchase. Discuss with us on what problems you have on your purchase. You can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging
Orders placed through PayPal will not be shipped until all funds are received for the order. Orders can be delayed when using PayPal’s eCheck system which takes 2-5 business days to process. What shipping address would you recommend to send my package?
Wrights Jewels recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. Wright Jewels cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.
How quickly is merchandise shipped?
Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Economy delivery is 1-7 business days; express delivery is 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to inform you. For custom made orders and Class Rings the processing time is 3 weeks.
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
